To schedule an appointment at the clinic, please contact our team directly at 579-244-0055. We will be happy to help you schedule a consultation at your convenience. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please note that all new consultations and referrals require a medical referral.
Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. A physician referral is required for all initial consultations.
We are currently not accepting walk-ins except for resting electrocardiograms (a prescription is required). All other appointments require a prior appointment at 579-244-0055.
Yes, all results from tests performed at the clinic—electrocardiograms, cardiac ultrasounds, Holter monitors, and other tests—are sent to your primary care physician. This allows them to monitor your progress and ensure appropriate follow-up. If you would like a copy of your results, you can request one from our team.
The majority of our services — including cardiology consultations, resting electrocardiograms, stress tests (treadmill) and pacemaker monitoring — are covered by the RAMQ.
However, some tests such as cardiac Holter monitors, ABPM, and cardiac ultrasounds are not covered when performed outside of a hospital setting. Therefore, fees apply if you choose to have these tests performed at the clinic.
Otherwise, a request can be sent to the Centre hospitalier de Lanaudière (CHDL) in Joliette, where these examinations are covered by the RAMQ.
Please note that these tests are not required at the clinic to receive medical follow-up with us. If you have any questions regarding coverage or fees, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Yes, we offer free and ample parking for all patients.
No special preparation is required. Simply wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
Yes. If you cannot attend your appointment, you can cancel or reschedule it free of charge by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $30 fee will be charged. To cancel or change your appointment, please call us as soon as possible at 579-244-0055.
